Adding Sites

To Add a New Site click here.
Visit http://mybuzix.buzix.com/resellers/addsite.pl
You will need your MyBuzix login, MyBuzix Password and your authorization code to add a new site. If you do not know your authorization code please open a Help Desk ticket Help Desk and we will send it to you.

If you are having trouble adding a new site after have tried the automatic system send a Help Desk ticket to Buzix Help Desk with the following details:

- Site Name
- Platform - please indicate either Unix or Windows
- Password (must not be a dictionary word, or more than 10 alphanumeric characters)

The new site will be added to your reseller account and will display in your MyBuzix area. Automation of this feature will be available soon.
 

Removing Sites

Log into your primary domain cpanel location and click on WEB HOST MANAGER.
Click on Terminate a Site
Click on the name of the site you want to cancel.
After you have received confirmation on the screen, open a support ticket for the billing department to have the domain removed from your bill.

For all communications, you should include your Reseller ID which is also your login to MyBuzix.
